Need help with Option files for ps3

Can any1 help. I have never used the option files before, can someone send dummy proof instruction on putting files onto a USB stick then installing them onto my ps3. Thanks in advance.

I STILL NEED HELP

I've downloaded and extracted option files using winzip onto my USB stick, looks exactly like the same as video tutorial shows, except when I open it up in the PS3 saved data utility it says 'There is no saved data'. What am I doing wrong?

Make sure you have a path USB-PS3-Savedata and all pes files are in that Savedata folder.

Delighted you got it sorted. Hopefully you will be downloading the next Ps3 version of our option file here that's coming in the next 2-3 days  It'll be very up to date
